I WANTED TO COPY MYSELF AND DO WHAT I DID WITH MY OWN HIISIHOUND!
so I did.
I was so sure these are going to be left undone... until I saw that it is Apocalyptian 's birthday. So take punch of sketches as birthday gift (which were not even meant as birthday gift pfft)
I was late tho.
ah well.
KORPPI IS HANDSOME HIISIHOUND. period. U_U I had no idea how it is supposed to look like when Hiisihound is overleveled so I just assume that he is still able to make faces even if the bird has most of the control of the body.

1. I love this style you used. It is so perfect mix of traditional and digital looking mixed together that it's impossible to say how much I love it. It is all and all really unigue looking and the whole art has this flowy feeling to it. Like nothing pops out too much and it's harmonic and all ;__;
2. SERIOUSLY YOUR EXPRESSIONS AND ANATOMY! If you were trying to make me squeel like over-hyped fangirl you definedly managed to do that! I mean... just.. look at those faces! Both of them! He looks so much like himself! And that colored not-sure-if-like face 
3. I seriously love this work and I love your art and righ now I might become the creepy stalker behing yer window u__u

Another person has exactly same design idea and does it perfectly before I even start. ...I'm feeling less and less creative. x.x But... great job, this is exactly how I imagined it. Couldn't do it better.

Hey, it's okay, I know how you feel. As the saying goes, nothing is original, there are no new ideas, but you can always take a new spin on things. Even if you imagined a creature looking like this, it's not going to be the exact same. The character is still going to have your back story, your personality, and you can always tweak things so that it looks slightly different. I know it may seem discouraging looking at this, but think of as inspiring. As a pretty good expert at getting down on my art, I encourage you to keep creating! Be inspired by this to expand upon your design, not discouraged! I've been told by people that some of my characters aren't original or "have been done before", and after the initial disappointment and annoyance, I kept at them/expanded on their backstories/made them more unique. I know this is frustrating, but keep it up. And I know this comment was posted a while ago, but I hope you see this.
