New character. C: I actually designed her back in February of last year when I went to Arizona for a couple of weeks. But her first design looked like something from the 90's. So she obviously went through a MAJOR re-design. lol
So far from browsing around DA, she's the only character I've seen with a half-shaved head hairstyle.
