the dive bomber pokemon

ht: 6'3
dex :it's wings fold in like a switchblade this allows it to dive at foes at 210 mph to inflict serious damage wit its sharpened beak. it absorbs oxygen through the vents on its chest the oxygen is heated and becomes a type of gas which allows it to fly great hights.
evolution: from skarmory while holding the old blade item and lvl up.
