Description Here it is, the final version and high-res display of my newest creation: Plasmashock, the NES Zapper pistol / Transformers ultimate geeky crossover!

For its transformation mechanism, I built it more similar to Megatron rather than Shockwave; both Transformers used their gun handles as legs, only Shockwave formed his arms to make the barrel, whilst Megatron’s arms formed the stock, and his barrel was a separate attachment (which became his fusion cannon in robot mode). Henceforth, when Plasmashock transforms into robot mode, the orange Zapper barrel becomes his side gun!

Some original Transformers (notably Starscream/Skywarp/Thundercracker) would only transform as toys by removing/adding multiple pieces, such as fists and landing gear, whilst others could easily switch back and forth by folding joints β€” Plasmashock does both; to go from gun to robot, his trigger becomes removed and attached to his head to make face decorations, and the barrel of course separates to make the side gun. Otherwise, the legs fold from the gun handle, the arms are made from the stock, the head rotates and rests inside the chest.

-Baron von Brunk

P.S. - Stay tuned next for my transforming GameBoy with his Tetris cartridge partner!

This is awesome!
Is it just me or does it look like megatron and starscream fused?

This is the single most beautiful LEGO creation I've ever seen!

Also, why don't official Kreo and LEGO sets transform but instead, you have to completely disassemble and reassemble them to "transform" the set?

Wow, it's a cross between Sunstorm (orange Starscream) and Megatron. The robot mode definately has a resembence to G1 Decepticon Jet robot modes.

It takes a brilliant mind to be able to detail this out to such epic levels. Fantastic work! +Fave!

Awesome. Should I expect him to join forces with Shockwave, and overthrow that pathetic loser named "Megatron"?

Less stunning than your Game Boy with Tetris but more dynamic in robot mode, I didn't see this one before but you did a better job than the G1 toy model of Megatron, and you may be PRRRRROUD of that!

Creative work there. I like how you went for the orange version over the original gray version to give him some color.

HO-LY CRAP! that is amazing!!! does it need any taking apart to transform, or just folding and bending and stuff?
?

πŸ‘: 0 ⏩: 1

VonBrunk In reply to RIZEtheRiolu [2012-02-28 22:24:02 +0000 UTC]

Simply a matter if bending/folding! The gun handle form the legs, the stock splits and makes the arms, and the head rotates and rests inside the chest.

ok. thats what i thought. i just remember the actual lego transformers, where you needed to take it somewhat apart.
