Volty IS kinda evil anyway, the pathetic never accomplish anything evil but evil none the less.
BTW THE END OF THE TAIL IS A SCYTHE, Y U NO GET?
It curves into a sickle shape...
Decided to add a little detail, the middle color on the wings goes across the back and into a cross shape at the center
I thought about drawing a shadowbolt costume but decided against it
