Your dragon is adorable. The dragon is a perfect little chibi. The fire is a nice touch; and The little wing is the perfect size for him. The horns are good for a dragon too because, well, you know he's a dragon. The strawberry is a nice touch because it makes him cuter and tops it off. The color of orange is a nice shade for the dragon. And the shading is great too! Overall great job! And; also next maybe you put a little blush. It'd be cuter and make a better impact and vision.
