I spent pretty much all of today drawing. Can you tell?
Kaneen the jackelope is my daggersmith. In the front of the picture is him in his True or four-foot shape. He's half rabbit, half roedeer.
I think I've been at the Brian Froud a little too much lately...please full-view for detail on leaves and berries and such...

Just a beautifully illustrative piece. I think the amount of detail you've chosen to incorporate really works with the simplicity of your line and the portrait-style of your subject matter. You haven't overwhelmed it with detail, but you haven't starved the background either. And there's so much life in Kaneen's eyes! You should be very proud of this
