What is a Makoatl?
A Makoatl is a terrestrial shark-dragon hybrid recently discovered
off the coast of the Greenland sea. They have the powerful tail
and jaws of a shark, with the body and (occasional) horns of a dragon.
They usually have manes, and are covered in thick coats of fur-
adapted to keeping out the cold in their native habitat.
They live on a diet of mainly meat and fish, and are known to be vicious
hunters! Despite this attitude toward their prey, however, they
are very protective and mothering to their offspring,
as well as to each other the majority of the time.

What are chakras? Chakras are wheels of energy that a line in your body and everyone has them and has the same chakras, that isn't to say that they're identical in everyone, we all have the same 7 though. And I'm starting these Mako out with the bottom four! (look it up it's fun stuff). There will be a part 2 as I'm missing 3 of our 7 chakras but those 3 will be a little later and I do plan on charging for them.

Personality: a questionable young lad who enjoys picking fights, works well under pressure and likes to overcome challenges, loves to swim, lazy and energetic at the same time
How they feel about kids: Scessire is very fond of kids. He loves the thought of being a father and loves hearing what weird things kids come up with! He takes care of kids for a living because of his love for them. They're precious in his eyes.

Personality: She is calm and one to meditate, she fends off evil with charms and whatnot. She has a fondness for animals, or 'ones with pure souls' as she calls them. She avoids humans and other makos, tending to say that they are tainted, or 'ones with tainted souls'. She lives away in the forest with all the nature, hiding from the world of eyes. She hates pollution, rubbish and anything man or mako made, so tends to live natural.
How she feel about kids: She hates them unless they're little animals! She adores them and they tend to actually come to her. She loves any animal that will come to her for help, no matter the species, age or anything. So no, she dilikes kids of her own species.

Personality: Eulogy can be considered passionate, his energy often infectious when he is around other people, he loves showing those around him the passion he has for just... living. He has wonderful intuition, and is incredibly observant, on a good day. On bad days he tends to get over attached to anyone and everything that crosses his path. While USUALLY emotionally stable there are many times he has huge overreactions to situations and has to re-balance himself.
How they feel about kids: Kids are a touchy subject with Eulogy, when he is full of energy and has a passion for life he loves to play with his friend's kids, cousins, nephews, etc. When he is off balance he has to sit on the sidelines in fear of becoming too weirdly attached to them.

Name: Svadhisthana 'Svadhi'
Gender: Male
Personality: Svadhi's purpose is to live life to the fullest. He believes existence means nothing without experiencing all the passions and sensations that life and the world has to offer. He is a epicurean and tactile soul who lavishes attention and affection on anyone that captures his fascination. As a travelling artist full of wanderlust his favorite subjects to paint are his paramours sleeping - preferably in the dawn's light after a long and satisfying night of lovemaking. His paintings are his memories and he cherishes the ability to capture moments in time before his inevitable departure to a new destination. Playful, determined, quick to smile and intense in his emotions, one can't help but feel an automatic attraction to Svadhi. The fact that he honestly listens, really listens, to whoever he is currently tuned into usually seals the deal. Others (usually those pierced by jealousy) might see his lifestyle as cavalier and uncaring, but Svadhi is the first to admit that he is incredibly open about what he can and can not offer. His commitment issues have sprung from being abandoned as a child, and moved around from home to home so often that he once believed himself worthless and unworthy of love. In a way there is still a wall to be breached in Svadhi, reserved for those special individuals who will work hard to see past the charming, passionate Mako as he appears on the surface, to scale this pretense and reveal the vulnerable and wounded soul beneath.
How they feel about kids: Svadhi absolutely loves children and hopes to have a hoard of his own one day, not only of his blood but also orphans. He recognises this means finding a partner who can understand that his children come before all else, which is a difficult ask.

Gender: Female
Personality: Fiery, she is an electric and slightly temperamental. Pyra can eventually be grumpy and snarky, but never with bad intentions, but as a blazing fire she likes quick things. Trust is hard to come by, it sadly takes a lot for her to fully trust someone she has recently met. But she can be a warm and optimistic person, sarcastic but nice, quite a bipolar Maco some say, but everything slips off her fur with a glorious smirk of hers.
How they feel about kids: Unsure really, she is not exactly comfortable around kids. Pyra fears to face their tantrums and cries, and her short temper getting in the way making things worse.

I just wanted to say that if it comes down between me for two of these chakras, I would be honored to own any one of them, but this one is my favorite of the four. there's just something about her I cannot get out of my head.
Name: Ishtar – the Sumerian/Babylonian goddess of love and fertility. Known for killing her lovers.
Gender: Female
Personality: She is seen as a bit bipolar, but has never fully been diagnosed with the disorder. Ish is known for being very compassionate towards children and always being full of energy; some say she has a zest for life. Being around kids makes her happy, and she is always smiling and playing with the youth. She is a complete night owl, having the most energy when the stars are out, hense why she has the business that she does. She works best with kids, and when she is around adults she tends to be much more unbalanced. She is a bit less stable and appears more stressed and simply out of wack. She is much more irritable and snappy when interacting with adults, and tends to appear much more stressed.
How they feel about kids: She completely and totally loves them. She doesn’t have any of her own, but plans on adopting, and having her own. She currently owns/runs her own childcare facility; notice it’s not called a daycare, because it’s a bit out of the ordinary, and is known for its night care.

Rowan is a very sassy guy. He is super up tight about a lot of things. Rowan is really picky about is hair and will do anything to make it look good. He hates it when people try to touch his hair without his permission. He is really brute and brash. He tends to tell things how they are. A lot of people tend to think that he is a really big asshole because he tells the truth and doesn't hide things. He is really sarcastic as well. Rowan also likes to joke...but beware sometimes his jokes are extremely crude and offensive
(If you have ever seen bleach, he is like a slightly calmer version of Renji)
How they feel about kids:
Rowan is a big softy when it comes to kids. But he is only this way when he is around kids. He hates to see them upset or hurt. He will do everything in his power to keep children safe.
Of course if you were to ask Rowan how he felt about kids if there weren't any around he would tell you that he couldn't stand them. But once a child shows up he turns into a big teddy bear.
A lot of children love to be around this soul reaper because he does what he can to make them happy.

Personality: (short 250 max)
Amorandas is a gentle, calm and kind mako, but lives a nomadic life for now. He doesn't like settling down in one spot or seeing the same things repeatedly. He needs to move, to see the world, before he truly settles down to start a family. He doesn't like being tied down as of right now, so he doesn't form many relationships, romantically or anything. Any relationships he does make, he tells them he most likely won't be in town for very long after. He wants to make friends after seeing the world, but not a minute too soon. It's not that he has anything against anyone, he just wants to see the world before actually settling down. He wants to be able to say "Yeah, I went and saw the world. I saw all it has to offer me and I'm content with what I did."
He's generally very trusting and believes that trust and loyalty are the most important traits that a Mako can have. He dreams that one day he can be the mako everyone comes to when they need help or advice. He wants to be like the Chinese monks you see in the movies. Smart, wise and being the one that has the wisdom that people would come to him from all around to hear. He wishes to live at the top of his favorite mountain, Mount Fuji in Japan. Amorandas believes that nature holds all we need in order to keep ourselves alive.
How they feel about kids: (short 50 max)
Amorandas would love to have some, but they would slow him and his nomadic lifestyle down. He doesn't see himself as one that would be a role model because of his nomadic lifestyle. He doesn't want the children have to up and move like he does, and uproot friendships

- Personality: Svadhisthana is a pleasure seeker, she enjoys the things in life that make her happy and bring her pleasure. At times this can make her a little self centered but generally she has a good heart and seeks to bring pleasure to others too. Be it as simple as standing in a patch of golden hot sun or aiding someone in completion of a difficult task. Being a sensual girl her reactions to things are often incredibly passionate and she's not afraid to stand by what she believes. Svadhisthana feels strongly and often this can be her downfall when hurt, she gives loyalty fiercely but when let down can bear a grudge due to hurt feelings. Svadhisthana enjoys connecting with others and is a creative soul, be it through art, music or any other medium she enjoys not only being creative but the connection it gives her with the earth and others around her.
At her worst she can be sarcastic and snarky, when creatively blocked she has a tendency to come off aloof and a little cutting. At her best she's a playful spirit who makes an amazing friend and enjoys the best of things in life. - How they feel about kids: Svadhisthana enjoys children hugely, though at this time does not want any of her own, she feels they like no adult can embrace the full joy and creativity of the world around them. Svadhisthana finds it refreshing to spend time with young ones and to nurture their creative spirit.

Personality: Apollo is calm, observant and very peaceful. He enjoys being outside, and watching the world go by, and travels often. He is also known to have a bit of a fiery temper, and is quick to punish those he believes has done some wrong or shameful thing towards someone else. He is a strong individual outwardly, and always prides himself on displaying a figure others can look up to.
How they feel about kids: While he acts indifferent towards children outwardly, secretly he is fond of being around them and their energy, and hopes someday to settle down and have at least 5 or 6 of his own.

Personality: Phan is a Quiet and docile mako with a heart of gold. He can be a little boisterous at times and can often come across as being a bit forward and naive. But all in all he's a nice guy. he looks out for people as much as he can and tries not to judge people at all, though can sometimes find himself doing it subconciously. He has a major love for reading and relaxing and is sometimes a little bit too laid back for his own good. He's late too almost everything and is a bit of a clutz
How they feel about kids: despite his looks, he adores kids so much, he honestly adores them and wants tonnes when he eventually finds a mate. He's happiest when around kids and is actually a great role model.

Personality: Adrienna loves staying active and thrives on having the best experience she possibly can, no matter what she is doing and regardless of whether she finds her self in trouble because of it. She loves travelling and taking risks, and is a generally happy and curious makoatl. She has a big heart and always steps in to help her friends when they need it, and sometimes is taken advantage of her hospitality by strangers she meets on her travels. She usually believes in turning the other cheek, but has been known to be ferocious when those she loves is in real trouble.
How they feel about kids: Adrienna currently believes that she never wants to have kids, because they would interfere with her lifestyle (though she does like children). What she doesn't know is when she meets her future mate, she falls head over heels and ends up wanting a while brood of her own

Personality:Rylen is more like the, "I don't care what might happen... I'm doing it anyways" kinda guy. He is a "lets go your slow" and he would be sprinting around type of person. He's always on the move and always coming up with ideas, even if they may or maynot get him in big trouble. Even though it seems like he is own of the "bad kids" he just is really hyperactive and doing crazy things. But he does care about others, he just doesn't think about his actions and has the "I don't care what might happen... I'm doing it anyways" mindset for everything, and when he sees you hurt, he tries to make you feel better, maybe by doing something or saying something, even though it might rub off the wrong way.
How they feel about kids:Rylen is okay with kids, he likes their energy and how they are okay with doing things that others might seem stupid. Yes, he may admit they are annoying at times, but he likes them as friends, he will just not have any of his own, too much work.

Her leash and collar. They have a significant meaning to her. Although having the leash dragging all the time sometimes slows her down, she doesn't take it off. Her leash and collar were given to her by an elder man who fed her anytime she visited his village. They knew each other for a few years and they grew closer to each other. The elder man invited her in one time when it was rainy, and they soon became friends. She started visiting everyday rather than once a week. The old guy was funny and caring. He treated her like family. He started to get her used to more people. He bought her a customized collar and he used an old leather leash to walk her through the village. He introduced her to friends of his and family. The village grew to love her. Soon that old man passed away though, which led Temmie into a small depression. The people of the village continues to feed her but she remained in solitude.

Item this Mako can't live without: he carries a small stuffed animal, a dirty white bunny. The bunny has obviously seen better days, but tan takes care of it, sews back the eyes when they come off, or stitches it together when it falls apart. on one of his travels, he found it next to a burned village. he took the bunny around with him, and every time he looks at it, the bunny gives him hope. one of his main missions is to find the mako the bunny belonged to. Even though it would pain him to part with this stuffed animal, he'll be filled with happiness when he finds the owner.

Item this Mako can't live without: The most important item to this Mako is a necklace that she wears around her neck, in the symbol of a blazing sun. It is a goldtone champagne and clear crystal, that she is never seen without. The blazing sun reminds her that although on the surface she may seem bright and innocent, maybe even sometimes defenseless or helpless, she is actually far from that. The golden colors and the power of the sun remind her that she has the ability to shed light and beauty wherever she pleases as long as its deserved, or shed fire and destruction upon those that deserve it.

Item this Mako can't live without: This male is a warrior through and through, who completely radiates self-confidence. Named as he was, because he was born with a weak ankle, much like the greek hero. He physically cannot live without his ankle brace, or his leg will give out under him. However, he also cannot live with without his trojan sword ; he is an expert swordfighter, has been since his youth, when he learned the sport as a way to make up for his physical weakness. Without the sword, he feels like a weakling, and he refuses to ever be that way.

Item this Mako can't live without;; Honey -- Ari's life is raising bees and selling their honey. He loves to harvest it, and especially cook with it. He plants varieties of flowers around his farm, experimenting with different blooms producing different flavors in the honey. Taking care of his bees is his favorite thing, along with teaching others, particularly kids, about the importance of the buzzy insects and their conservation.

Item this Mako can't live without: Artemis cannot live without the leather cord necklace her grandmother gave her when she was young. According to stories, the leather came from the hide of a monster, and the teeth woven into the leather were ripped from the beast's maw by her great grandfather.
