Normally taking shots of plants isn't something I'd be interested in doing, and I've only really tried it once before (see "A Beautiful Day"), I guess that shows how much of a newbie I am to photography. I'm not much of a fan of flower shots but today I decided to have a try.This is probably my favourite of the three shots. You'll probably have to full view this to really enjoy what the purple petals have got to display

Very good. The shot leaves you wondering what more is there but not begging to see. The colors are briliant, as is the position of the camera. It almost doesn't look real.

Oh, I certainly WISH I had posted that picture. However, that's actually a photo from one of the people I watch. I remembered it and noticed how similar yours was...
