This is much better than Canajoharie 1 and 2 due to the longer shutter speed. I recommend using a neutral density filter which is ideal for waterfall photography and will allow you to capture with slower shutter speed (20- 30 sec) at a relatively high f-stop (f.16-32) which gives a more smooth silky surface of water. You can also change white balance in cloudy or shade. Try to play with settings on your camera, it's really fun
Anyway, very nice captured

I was using a 4 stop ND filter for this shot. Since I rarely use my 50mm f/1.8 fixed lens, I only had one filter for it, and it is the 4 stop. The 50mm focal length was perfect for this shot. Any closer, and I'd need waders, galoshes, or whatever to tread into deeper water. Believe me, stronger filters are on my shopping list as I do have 3 different sized lenses. I'm looking for 10 stop ND filters this time.

Canajoharie 1 and 2 were good, but not Wadsworth Falls good. The thing is, in Canajoharie, I was able to climb into the riverbed and set up my tripod within a few feet of the remaining water flow. That's how dry it is.

I'm glad you liked the photo. It was lots of fun to shoot.

I mean, you don't need a super strong neutral density filter as there's no need for super long exposures (5 minutes) when it comes to capturing waterfalls, because you will be shooting in diffused light, but 10-stop ND filter can totally transform your landscape photography and open up a world of creative possibilities. Unfortunately, money doesn't grow on the back and photographic equipment is quite expensive, but yeah, if you're enjoying what you're doing then nothing isn't impossible, even buy some gear when you don't have money
I know how is difficult capturing waterfalls when you can't come closer. I tried, but is more fun when you need engage the imagination how to get it
I hope you'll get some rain and take a great pictures then. Cheers
