Breathtaking beauty!! Great shot !! This is the most visited place in Croatia, surrounded by mountains and it offers a pure beauty of nature. The most exciting thing about this lake is that the color of the water bodies are changes with respect to the sunlight and depending upon the constituent minerals.

You were in luck to have no people walk across that little bridge-like thingie when you took this photo - when I was there the place was teeming with people and you simply couldn't take long-exposure photos from the bridges because they shook when people approached.

You must have had a lots of time on your hands there. I was with a tourist group and they always had to wait for me because I always lagged behind because of taking too many photos.

Nice to see what they look like without snow and ice. I was there two weeks ago, at this very place. I had to walk on 75cm of snow though. I'll be back in autumn for sure.
