I've been experimenting wit SAI, and I must say it's quite a fun program to work with.It feels similar to Shi-painter, but is less clunky.
This little Latios was the result of just a few hours experimenting with it's tools and settings.
I thought it was nice enough to put it up here...

I love the way you draw all your pokemon, they alwase look so cute, because of the way you draw there eyes.

I am realy jelous becase, I can draw on paper realy good, but I'm not to good with computers so i can't draw like you can on computers.

Don't worry, it just takes practice and patience. (just like normal art really)
There are tons of tutorials on DA and the net to help you along.
And if your good with drawing on paper, maybe you should try out a wacom style tablet to see if you like working that way. (they are not cheap, but I'd say they are worth it).
I mostly start out on paper and then scan the sketch to color it.
Sometimes I redraw it with the tablet for practice like I did with this one.

Paint tool SAI is a nice little drawing program that is high on features and low on price and uses little system memory..
Someone mentioned it to me and I'm currently trying it on for size.
It's japanese, but luckily there is an english translation available.
