I most certainly do hope she is able to have a child with Flynn, what's more I do not ship her with Jack because one:

He will out live her, she will age, he will not.Β
Two, Flynn proved himself to her, and she genuinely likes him. Β Jack is a fun loving guy, and would have lots of fun with her, but that's basically what they have going Β for each other.
