..because she's a badass motherfucker.well I am still try to improve my dynamics, but this one isn't that good and I am not quite satisfied with Korra's face and body.

In a fight of pure power, Korra would win, but Mako has more control over his emotions and could bait her into screwing up; also, he can generate Lightning.

Will I Mako does kind of looks like Zuko. I found that out after episode 2. I was just wondering if any one had the same idea after they seen Episode 2. That all. I also hope to see all the other kids to see what they are like.

he's not Zuko's son. Mako is poor, and spent the majority of his life this way.. always trying to protect his little brother. It was said, that Mako and Bolin's parents were killed.

I'd totally bet on korra because of that same reason and because of the fact that i'm pretty sure mako likes her and or will like her, or at lest well it seemed like it. I could be crazy though.

this is amazing! Makorra is THE BEST! I watched episode 4 and was like, WHAT?! there's no scenes with them both in at all!

The only real issue I see is that Korra isn't looking at Mako himself-she's kinda staring into the air above his head 
Other than that, it looks great!

The only thing I'd question here is the kick Korra's using--the way you have it, if Mako just pushes up with his left arm, Korra will fall backward, onto her back, which would be very painful and not such a good idea in a fight. If she were either grounded or had caught him on his back/some other place he can't defend, the post would look more realistic.

Some suggestions if I may: squash Mako's body a bit more, it'll make it look like he's really feel the force of Korra's kick if he's hunched over and pull Mako's right arm back more to create some nice negative space, like Korra's position gives her. Also, maybe tilt Korra's face down more so it looks like she has better eye contact with her opponent. Hope this helps; beautiful colors by the way.

Well... I'm not sure... 'cause I think that Mako is calm and disciplined enough to be able to lightning bend, so he has an advantage on her if they agree on solely using "fire bending"...? Then again, since she was able to knock him off his feet with a ball, I think she might be physically stronger than he is...
...I'm overthinking this, aren't I? xD
Anyways, great art, I do love the dynamics in this one and the lighting and all the little awesomeness that is makorra (and the individuals on their own) x)
