Description I don't even know how this got so strange I'm so sorry ono 
(also I spent way longer than I was supposed to haha, idk what I expected, I get too into creating things D: )
I mean I was going for the kind of strange-cosmic-deity-granting-wishes vibe, and then I wanted to give it a Dave McKean kind of vibe but it just got way out of hand x)

Jirachi's one of my favourite pokemon,I just love its pokedex description  BTW this style looks like Steven Universe's  
And I didn't notice her hands were uncoloured,it looks like a light effect
