I did this not too long ago.I am aware of the mistakes in this, but I'm still proud of how it turned out. (Man, do I need more practice on run cycles)

May I ask you which program do you use to animate? Also, how do you make animation run smoother, I mean mine look like pixels -_- It looks bad. Also, when it moves, It is kinda "jumpy". You know, doesn't load smoothly, It just looks weird. I know only a little, I mean really, only a little about animating. Btw I find the animation amusing! Looks great to me! Good work <3

I use Flash CS5, and I use the onion skin tool to help me draw additional frames and to help correct mistakes.
