Your use of colour to express tone and texture are amazing. you certainly have a gift. I think it would be very wise to continue in this style if yo wish to reach a perfection, but I think you would have more fun applying your methods to other styles of art. For example, your detailed eye would give you a great advantage in realistic styles.
