Molto bello! Absolutely stunning!
The golden eyes with just a touch of green completely shine against the dark makeup. The dazed sort of "in the distance" look, completely ignoring the camera is the frosted rose on the edge of the cake. The single spark of light at the edge of the pupil gives life to the eyes as well as providing an alluring mystery, it makes me wonder what she is looking at.
