Hey, for the most part his is beautifully rendered, I only think you're falling short on the anatomy, her head is far too large for her body and that throws the whole picture off.
I would also try to give her a more feminine look be adding less lines to the face and I'd also change the shape and size of her eyes...
But like I said, over all the picture is excellently realised, I hope this helps and please, if you ever find yourself on my page, feel free to throw some critique my way, we're all here to learn from one another!

I agree with larkuel, her face is very masculine. I actually thought it was a man with a female in his arms when I saw this as a thumbnail. Maybe a more feminine shape to the eyes and larger eye lashes? More plump lips would also work. He was also right about her right eye, it's way too far up. I like the beast in the background and the red glows from the gem things. Just work on a more female looking face and it would be terrific.

Love it. Very well done. It seems the eyes might not be right. Her right eye seems too high... I think this piece would have been better if her face was more feminine..but still this is one of my favorite pieces you've ever done.
