Description
This is a mortal combat page I made, the first in series. All drawn out and colored on photoshop with minor touches on painter. *these old, but I thought it would be nice to put up here

Whoa... How cool! Subzero and Scorpion look awesome!! I love the way you colored everything, too. The general blue of the page is great, and Scorpion (with his mostly yellow outfit) stands out nicely. The scenery also looks well-done. The grass and trees must've been a pain to draw and layer, right?
Cheers for Subzero and Scorpion! They were my two favorite characters to play with! *sigh* Didn't Scorpion go "Ye-hee!" sometimes when he defeated someone? XD

This piece is so old, I barely remember how I painted it, but I know there was very few layers. It was mostly all painted flat.

Yeah, I knew that was his classic line, but I thought he said something else... Then I looked it up, and it was actually someone popping in and saying, "Whoopsie!" as someone fights with Scorpion (like in this vid: [link] ). Heheheh, my fault... I got things mixed up. XD

ahhh great, great game, i played the PS2 version recently i am a cyrax fan but scorpion is a close second
i like the way you have spaced these two images out, it looks like a graphic novel/comic layout
it wasnt until i looked that this enlarged that i saw sub zero and scorpion in the top image... just makes it better

Lin Kuei literally means "forest demons" in Chinese and I can see that the temple is located in the middle of a forest due to the trees surrounding the building...its a good depiction of where Sub-Zero's ninja clan should be stationed rather than in the artic. Props to you man! Keep it up!

As an eternal MK fan, I cannot help be fall off my chair when I see this.
You really brought the characters to life on all pages, and you're actually having me enjoy those characters a lot more then in the games (I'm not too crazy about Scorpion and Sub-Zero >_>.. ).
The colors are simply amazing, and your composition is top notch from what I can tell.
You definitly have a knack at details.

hmm have you ever been to mortalkombatonline.com ? thats there official site were the creaters actually go and theres sapposed to be a date were they answer the fans questions so mabie you can ask them and show them a link to your MK art concepts cause well there new MK armageddon game was a little disipointing so i think they could use you
