I just played Sonic Adventure DX, and Sonic Adventure 2 Battle on mah Wii, and It brought back so many memories. :'D
I was talken to Blaze about it, and it made me all emotional. xD!

Tikal is all kinds of awesome, so is your pic. She's definitely my favorite character from the Sonic franchise - she's mystic, cute, nice and appears quite believable in her pacifistic ways. Those many flashbacks in Sonic Adventure 1 really did their job! Tikal's story was quite touching (poor Chao :/) which made her even more likeable.
I hope Sega allows her to return in a future game... Did you see their official poll on facebook for returning characters? Tikal was 3rd (Fang & Mighty being 1st and 2nd). If you add her votes with those of Chaos, she makes up 1/4 , that's the majority!
About Sonic Adventure... E-102 Gamma comes close seond for me, he was a very tragic and amazing character, too.

And yeah, she was the best in that game. She actually is deeper than most of the charachters they are popin ou these days. She had a soul, unlike some of the newer charries. :/

Yeah, E-102 Gamma Was a great charachter. He wasnt into destruction, Like Omega and the ohers. He had a soul like Tikal did.

Yeah, you're right. Characters are way more interesting if they have a backgroundstory like Tikal and marks of culture. E-102 was unique for being a robot who discovered the meaning of life and losing his own shortly after it. Such a sad fate. One of the reasons why I dislike Omega, because he's a very bad excuse as a Gamma replacement.
In my opinion Knuckles needs some spotlight in the next games, too, because no one knows for how long he already lived on Angel Island. He's possibly over 1000 years old! If they give him a backgroundstory, they could connect it to Tikal's tribe and with other cultures back then. That's a great way to reintroduce her to the franchise! They also could put in some kind of evil ancient deity which awaits its revival, just like in SA1.
