Yes, a few years back she wandered out into the road.
At least she is in a better place now though.

As sad as it is, these things happen. At least she was loved and cared for which I believe she knew to a decent extent. That I could give her such kindness and love surely meant something to her on this mortal coil. I'm happy to have been that person for her.

She really is a wonderful cat. She just recently got over being sick and I'm so thankful she's alright.
