Portrait practice of Daenerys Targaryen (Emilia Clarke). Tried a slightly different measuring method which is more accurate than i normally use so hope it helped capture the likeness. I would've liked to have captured her glare a bit more as it was in the reference and I could push the values and shading more, but I'm pretty pleased with how it turned out overall.Related content

I love the eyes. The shading is lovely, but there is a slight slant to the piece that makes her mouth and chin seem a little off. Still really great work.

Cheers, yeah I see what you're saying, I had trouble getting the shape and angle of the jawline, it's always a hard part of any face drawing actually.
