Description A gown of sorts, this time inspired by the Monarch Butterfly (one of my favorites)!! I wanted this one to look more regal and elegant so that it stays true to it's name!

Since I've been asked about medium multiple times, I'll just say here that this piece (along with the rest of the butterfly series and 95% of my gallery) was drawn completely in photoshop CS4 with a wacom tablet. The paper textures are added in afterwards for the traditional feel

Also, since it's already the 22nd where I am, happy thanksgiving to those who celebrate!! Here, have some virtual pumpkin pie!

Thank you! I actually got these a long time ago, but I remember searching for 'free paper textures' in my browser. In fact, here's a nice texture compilation site I just found through google search xD! [link]

I babysit for a girl who likes to play virtual dress up games on a site called Dolldivine, one is inspired by Erte's fashion designs and photography. It reminded me a lot of the game. You should check it out.
