Beautiful - her eyes are so piercing and the purple complimetns them beautifully! *looks at above comment* Pastels with watercolour? I've never tried that! Is that oil or chalk based? ('scuse my stupid-ness, but I know nothing about media - I learn by trial and error alone!) its such a lovely effect

I'm glad I'm not the only one that discovered the brilliance of combining watercolour and pastel. They for some reason work well together, if done correctly, because they are both so different in personality.

These 2 are pastels and watercolour. Both underpainted with the opposite colour red, for the skin.
