Aww...thank you my friend,I tried to make it as in a dream and yes magical...well,I have tried learning how to use brushes as well as manipulating images...in this case adding effects to the brushes is what helps to create something better...in this work,I painted the girl's dress with stars and ribbons,I am glad you liked it!
