hmm, I never heard of a reviving lamb that belongs to Thor, do you mean his goats that drags his carriage perhaps? o3o; if he eats them, they will revive in the morning just like Frey's pig. ouo;
But I think it is more traditional to sacrifice and eat a swine in the honor of Frey during Yule celebrations (at least from what I know, I don't know too much about Yule traditions).
But lamb is good too I think.. I don't think I've eaten that, but I have eaten reindeer roast, that is awesome.
