9 years late, but after searcching for Neeshka, the best thief there is, I found your comic and you are answering maaaany questions I've asked myself! Although mostly with my Tiefling wizard and how Daeghun could be the father... Just imagine half orcs or dwarves! Well, who knows how that came to be.

Daeghun wasn't the MC's biological father, thank the Gods or the whole thing would have turned into some biohazard nightmare However knowing Neeshka she must have rogued her way as a sperm and won the race

I figured that having a main character thrown into the story by accident had more possibilities for the comic. Leira still has a long way to go

Oh dear this is crazy ^_^ from the usual "I'm a traveler and they've stolen my stuff" rpg clichΓ© to the player throwing the furs on Daeghun's face! Silly quests for newbies!

That really happens in the game, at first it's a tutorial that teaches you simple actions like opening chests. I just added more medieval-like language for the fun of it

Now children, if you are ever approached by a pair of spooky eyed children with big eerie happy faces in a foreign land you know little about, should you...

A) Go and chat with the little dickens, what could possibly go wrong?

B) Politely ignore them and be on your way

C) scream at the top of your lungs "GET AWAY FROM ME YOUR DEMONIC HELLSPAWN!! I'VE SEEN CHILDREN OF THE CORN, VILLAGE OF THE DAMNED, THE GOOD SON, THE OMEN, AND THE PREVIEWS FOR ORPHAN! I AIN'T FALLING FOR YOUR SHIT!"

If you select C you also have the secondary options of running like hell or shooting a mana bolt between the devil children's eyes, lol

πŸ‘: 0 ⏩: 1

MichelleBrujah In reply to vick330 [2009-07-07 19:36:49 +0000 UTC]

Well, Khrysta is sure she'll catch him first and faster (as if he was a pokemon... gotta catch'em all! mmm a male harem... Casavir, Bishop, Sand, Duncan, Daeghun (yay foster incest), Nevalle (if he shuts the hell up), Mephasm (what? he is cool), Callum (is cute), Khelgar (WTF!), ...)

πŸ‘: 0 ⏩: 1

vick330 In reply to MichelleBrujah [2009-07-08 17:28:18 +0000 UTC]

Your elf/ranger might catch him, but will she retain him?

I'm going on a limb with this, making a story about a female character since I'm male and straight. I do identify to Casavir though, since I was a little boy I loved knights with high ideals who protected the innocent

You forgot Nasher in your harem, he is a good catch after all being a high lord an all

πŸ‘: 0 ⏩: 1

MichelleBrujah In reply to vick330 [2009-07-08 18:43:17 +0000 UTC]

Hahahaha well, I've disliked Nasher since NWN1...

I love knights too, although some one or two of my characters are in love with not-so-good guys. But yeah, I love paladins when they can see in grey, not only black or white... Khrysta begins the game as chaotic good and ends it as lawful good...

πŸ‘: 0 ⏩: 1

vick330 In reply to MichelleBrujah [2009-07-09 13:46:29 +0000 UTC]

Why is it that women go for the rebel/bad/unshaven/unkempt/cheating type that treat them like dirt, but reject the responsible/decent/respectful/loving/loyal/clean-shaved ones who treat them with consideration

Guess to which categories Bishop and Casavir belong to

And yes, I dislike the black-or-white types, like that paladin girl in Shadows of Undrentide to whom even a goblin baby was evil and had to be destroyed. Casavir seems to be more balanced in that regard, and not follow some harsh line of duty blindly.

πŸ‘: 0 ⏩: 1

MichelleBrujah In reply to vick330 [2009-07-09 20:42:53 +0000 UTC]

Yeah, I think even with the little conversation he has in game (unless you install the Romance Pack), everybody can see it... that's why he left Neverwinter, though

I can't say I don't like Bishop, but... I like him to piss him off, to make my character argue with him, and no more. I felt that I would like most a romance with Sand than with Bishop...

πŸ‘: 0 ⏩: 1

vick330 In reply to MichelleBrujah [2009-07-09 23:16:30 +0000 UTC]

I didn't use Sand much since I played a magic user, but I won't neglect him in my comic

πŸ‘: 0 ⏩: 1

MichelleBrujah In reply to vick330 [2009-07-10 08:32:15 +0000 UTC]

He is really funny, not the way you make fun AT him, I laughed my ass off sometimes because of the way HE makes fun on someone (usually Qara )

I must confess I'm a cheater bitch, so I used the cheat that allows you to travel with six companions. The conversations are priceless...

My favourite gang are: Casavir (what else), Khelgar, Sand, Neeshka, Shandra (I like her, and she doesn't count on the six), Bishop, and Ammon Jerro when Shandra dies. I like Grobnar too, because of Khelgar's fury xD.Elanee is just too... hippy...

πŸ‘: 0 ⏩: 1

vick330 In reply to MichelleBrujah [2009-07-10 15:33:39 +0000 UTC]

I liked his interactions with Qara, you can see that he's experienced not only in matters of the arcane but also wordly. Qara on the other hand is the typical overly self-confident type, convinced of her superiority. And just to set your mind at ease, I won't be picking (too much) on Sand in the comic
