Description Snake lady from One Piece. No more One Piece art for awhile. I am kinda One Piece'd out.

She is a lady with a hey arnold head who turns into a big boa constrictor and has snake hair.

I tried to make an actual picture with composition. Don't feel like color penciling all over it.
