I saw that episode of where Castiel was brought to Crowley when I saw Cas putting his hand on his tummy when suddenly, after Crowley sticks his hand in Castiel's tummy, I was thinking to myself, he had the tablet in his tummy!Β  But how could he eat the tablet and swallow it down his throat?

Anyway, nice picture of him. I like the movement.
