Fiona is humorously regaling Astrid with tales of her latest adventure. Meanwhile, Donkey is being roasted alive outside by his wife because he just checked out Stormfly's butt.
Done in my sort of usual old style rather than... whatever style I've been favouring lately XD
And yes, that's a Starberks cup that Astrid is drinking from

Oh man, normally I actually hate crossovers but occasionally I like them if they're cute/sort of a oneshot or nonsensical thing, and not in too deep (like Rise of the Brave Tangled Dragons pls no)- so I really like this idea!

I don't really like a lot of the ROTBTD stuff either due to stuff that fans do to the characters that just make me cringe, though the only enduring exception is bente's take on The Big Four - it's the only one I love, mainly because she doesn't ignore the other characters in the canonverses and how they affect each of the Big Four's lives, personalities, actions... etc. I'm sure you've seen her Hogwarts AU of The Big Four go its rounds on tumblr

Oh yeah I love her stuff- I'm glad she doesn't ignore the other characters, so I can enjoy the fanart she does, although I still rather hate the crossover in general because honestly I just don't like crossovers 90% of the time. xD

Yeah, it would make sense that Starbucks tastes different in Aussie. Americans get their coffee beans mostly in bulk from Africa, but for Aussie it's cheaper to ship them from Asia and the Andes. So yeah, grown in different places and probably different varieties of beans. For some reason, milk tastes different in Aussie too. I think it must be the type of range plants and feed the cows graze on, possibly different types of milking cows too. But at least Aussie has mint flavored milk! You can't get that in the States to save your life!

The crossed-out comment about Donkey being roasted for looking at Stormfly made me burst out laughing!
So if Fioana and Astrid are having a good time, then I's sure Hiccup must have a ton in common with Shrek (other than their sarcasm)! ....Right? *cricket chirps*

As for Starkbucks... it's not the beans as they use the same beans everywhere. I'm thinking it's either just my imagination, or it's the milk they use (eg. UHT vs fresh), or the baristas are probably trained to make the coffee differently to cater for the different masses' preference. I'll have to ask one of my sister's friends who used to work at Starbucks...
