I like to imagine it's like that one clip where the girl in that one anime yells English swears at a foreigner for calling her a little girl. Don't remember the name, but it's hard to forget that one moment.
This honestly seems like official artwork for a higher-end indie game tbh. Like if 1080°Avalanche had a spiritual successor, I could see this being character art in that.
Here comes a fat wall of criticism, wooo. I like the use of asymmetry with the hair/outfit. It's a bit strange her hair is blocky on the left side, but I figure that is intentional and I like it anyways. The hair is my favorite part of this drawing with how in-motion it looks. I have a couple gripes with the outfit. The cloak puffs outward but not the cloth under it. I assume that's due to the pin there, but I feel like it would make sense if the shading was lighter in that one spot on the cloth. The pin thing is also rather unorthodox as well with how it's configured alongside the green on the cloak. The purpose is to pin the outfit together, but also it looks too dinky to do that. Actually, I thought it was just a logo that was seperate from the clothing itself at first since it all looks like one thing if you don't focus in on it. That's really the biggest criticism for this drawing, it needs a bit more definition on the outfit. It doesn't seem consistent with the shading of the hair and face which use dark colors.

Thank you!
I think I know what you’re talking about—I think I saw a clip of it in an “Engrish in Anime” video on youtube?
And I was also being experimental with photoshop again. I’d draw the whole outfit, but I’m lazy xD. Actually I intended it to hold the top of the cloak together, but considering the overall design, it’s acfually unnecessary since it’s a once piece but I thought it’d help give some amount of depth anyway. I actually couldn’t get myself to focus on the inner body (?) of her outfit, the part under its poncho-sequence build and I think it would’ve helped if I added more contrast (but I was focusing too much on the arm as I drew it awkwardly to begin with. I definetly kept the “logo like techno pattern” mostly because it felt futuristic and it was giving me more concepts for something else. I definetly see what you mean though since I didn’t really work on her undershirt in comparison to everywhere else.
Hmm, I guess it does look more angular on the left, but I think part of it was just that I cropped the original sketch and never really defined the right side. I’d imagine that If I had sketched it some more, that the right side would also be intentionally angular at its ends too. (Discluding the hair ornaments, I might change those.
I think I can agree with you on the overall definition; thanks for the feedback!
