I'm just having a Crocker's crisesI need to catch all fairy pokemons รฒ_รณ
(I did this in 15min o/... and I'm happy with the result xP)

I, unfourtanatly, started making my team late into the game (with level 50s at least) which caused so much pain as I kept accidentally killing the ones I wanted to catch! I only figured out I had to use the pokemon I got at the start of the game and never used until after I accidentally killed a female Eevee! (Luckily for me I don't pay attentions to genders so I named it <3Eve<3 anyways...)

I always loved pokemon, but in my 23 years I never really screamed so loud because of it. Even my mom came to my room to see what happened with me.. And I was like "OMG FAIRIES~ FAIRIES~"

Dragon-type represents energy. So it's understandable that it's weak to dragon and ice because opposite forces cancel out and ice represent absence of energy. How Fairy-Type super effective against dragon, GameFreak, please explain.

Well, let us see how the creators would justify this, if they would do it. I'm surprised no one asked about this during the E3 event. When I heard the rumor of the fairy-type, I didn't like it because I thought dragon wasn't super effective against anything but itself and they are giving it another weakness and also the so far into the series that they would make a new type, but part of me still had the gut feeling that fairy will make it. And I was extremely cool, abeit happy when they announce the type. More importantly, I think they should definitely retcon Celebi into Fairy/Grass. Com'on, the image of Celebi is screaming, look at me, I should be Fairy/Grass, not Psychic.

Actually on E3 someone asked about the fairy type story, but on the answer they didn't give any hint about the story itself.

Huh, huh, huh. People didn't believe Fairy-Type could happen. And now it was announced, so anything is possible. Why wouldn't they retype a legendary? Personally, I think at least Celebi, Jirachi, and Victini should make the list. And I think the worst that I can come up with if I would do it is that, "Oh, they were legendary, we don't see them often, let alone type them." And it's not like typing matter in the anime.

Since the first time I heard about Fairy type I thought it would be awesome. I'm really glad that it's true!
The main reason why I think they won't retype legendary it's because they have their own story/mythology behind them.
And the second one, is that, those 3 pokemons that were already retype (Gardevoir, Marril and Jigglypuff) had only one type. And those 3 you mentioned already had two types... so... I don't think it's really possible.

If you asked me about mythology about those Pokemon, I don't think any of them had anything to do with psychic power. Beside, the pokemon that got "Revealed" to be retconned so far are single type, but nothing is being said about dual type not getting retcon as well, so I'm going to keep my hope up. All I'm saying is that we shouldn't eliminate the possibility of things until they were confirmed. That's what drove the fairy hater mad because they just couldn't fathom how such a thing might happen.
