Well, Grutbrushes panel seems to be lame one! 
It says it only loads .tps files (not .abr!) and I wasn't able to load anything in it, e.g. your brushset ("VietFamwang_br.tpl") was not accepted (error "undefined is not an object" - WTF?!).
So it would be better, if you could update your panel, for sure.

Your panel is wonderful addon for Photoshop, but does NOT work on its latest version, i.e. Photoshop 2018.

Gorgeous looking brushes, I'd really love to use them, but unfortunately the files seem to be encrypted, WinRar asks me for the password when I'm trying to unzip them. Do you happen to know what this is about?
