Well, I found the quote in a game informer article. "She was the only thing good in the world actually worth saving. She was also a reflection of Corvo's actions, and some players figured out that she was Corvo's daughter." I swear I've seen video of it as well, but at least it's a source.

Damn, that trailer is a thing of legend (just like the one for Dishonored was). I haven't even played the game and I'm still excited about the sequel

Beautiful work. I love the swirling of the void behind her, and the unfurling bandage on the left hand. I think it's quite interesting that she chooses to cover up the Outsider's mark, when Corvo paraded around with it open for all to see.
Gotta say, I'm really digging the design for the older Emily. Although I was myself hoping that she would get her own Cool Mask like Corvo.

Maybe she understands subtlety better than Corvo?
I absolutely love Emily's design, the way she resembles her mother (hair, facial structure), and at the same time has these obviously Mediterranean... I'm sorry, Serkonian features like darker skin and eyes.

If the trailer is any indication she is truly her father's daughter, I almost feel sorry for whoever made the mistake of pissing her off, if she doesn't kill them she'll make them wish she would
