A nice piece. This has a lot of depth with the colors on and around krampus robe, and the helpers in the distance. Putting the person in white helped break up the contrast, and you applied enough tones to keep it from being too striking.

I searched for a long time these contrasts, and quite confused in the end. And I didn't wanted much distinguish a person in white from all picture. (sorry by bad language)

Okay! I've been trying to figure out how to put this term, so it makes sense artistically, and I found a decent definition that might help.
Contrast occurs when a stimulus does not share enough in common with existing categories to allow categorization. In art when the colors in a piece of work are described as having contrast, it means a radical difference between the dark and light tones. When I use the word contrast, I usually refer to the way darks and lights are broken up by colors to create the patterns that the eye picks up when looking at a picture; the highlights and tones that give the deep definition and shape to two dimension. Your work has a very smooth and organic flow.
I hope I'm not being overwhelming a super confusing.
