A Strong Arm Pokemon, Bewear may appear friendly, but is actually very dangerous. It swings its arms with incredible force as a warning to passersby, strong enough to level a tree in a single hit. Bewear can be affectionate, but its hugs are strong enough to shatter bones, so trainers must train them to show restraint. Bewear will subdue its prey before taking them back to its nest, and they are known to hibernate when food is scarce. One would do well not to get on Bewear's bad side, especially when they're protecting Stufful.

Bewear appears from the Poke Ball in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, and uses Hammer Arm, delivering a powerful uppercut to opponents that get too close.
