I would keep this one.

I leveled the image in Photoshop to see what it would look like. This image here has more punch.

I think it may be because of the overall composition. When the image is level the buildings are less compelling visually, because they are in the center of the shot--which is not where the eye tends to want to wander.

However, with the horizon being unlevel, it really grabs your attention and forces you to focus on the buildings, because you get a sense that something is not right.

For stock photography, level would be better. From an artistic stand point, I prefer this photo the way it is. Gives it a creepy mood. Makes me wonder just how "peaceful" a sleepy little town this really is...
