I really like this. Can you tell me a bit about what you have used in it please. Have you used your own photos and calligraphy etc to create it?

They are mainly press scraps and pieces from my unfinished and abandoned works. They are arranged as in collage, and then treated with oils and turpentine to add some "noise" to them. The calligraphy I always do by hand. Thanks for the comment and fav! :>

I hope to have more frequent submissions now. I'm glad you like it, although I did also a digitally colored version (which I think is better, not rainy at all, rather exotic) but it is, somehow, a secodnary product. I'm not sure which one I should give the priority.

I wanted it to be slightly different from other green-blue works I already had. Those rainy greys and black really work here.

Tło trochę mnie wpędziło w ślepą uliczkę, bo poza rozwijaniem skali kolorów nic szło do przodu, ale w końcu udało się z nich zrobić główną obsadę opowieści.

"Rain" is a broad semantic figure, capable of most amazing metaphorical transformations; those connected with speech and language are especially inspiring.
Few years ago I wrote a poem in which I described the rain as if it was a poem itself; in fact, it was a lyrical interpretation of the rain.
