This is a penguin gryph with his/her ummm...puppy?
It's inspired by Emperor penguins(those penguins are so beautiful!)and my favourite dog breed ^_^ the Husky. I had really fun drawing and coloring this pic. (Made with: Pencil and then colored in Photoshop)

Now here's something you don't see every day...But despite being unique, this is very realistic! I like the fluffyness of the baby.

NAWWW! SO cute! And very smooth looking. I imagine it'd be able to swim pretty well instead of flying? What a great idea, to draw on the coloration of penguins like that. REALLY nice and intriguing results.
Of course the baby's very cuddly-looking. ^^
And your lineart is very controlled and smooth, to compliment this blending together of species.

Heh...this is definitely an odd combo...but that's not bad, since it's different from what's normally seen.
I don't see many penguin gryphs around - and that baby gryph is absolutely adorable. ^_^ You did well on the coloring, and I especially like the way the gray areas were colored, as it gives the gryphs a nice, fuzzy texture.
