Description
a very simple artwork i made for practice drawing guys instead of girls. very simple concept, which is surrounded by ink as if he is made out of ink himself.

additionally i was also inspired to make him after reading a comic (japanese i think) titled phantasm. the comic has a nice concept (abt a girl that can see dark intentions or feelings that others have in some sort of black figure forms) and there's a character that body's filled with darkness and he feeds on others' darkness (interesting eh? ).. well he's the one that influenced me hehe . but instead of bad itentions, i made him out of ink.

tools: Ps cs5 + wacom intuos 3

time: around 3 hours or so.. it took longer coz i kept changing the concept at first right after i made his face.
