Send one more time the finished test, there aren't ashes in the wind nowadays. And it's terrible possible that they forgive someone's awesome work
I'm very tired of this test... I don't get the sprite clean & clear like yours.
Only pencil tool in ps? Do you resize in anytime of the process? I'm obviously lost

I would send it again but I don't really see it going anywhere- I have had alot of email correspondence with the HR manager there and it really does seem like the job isn't available right now :/
As to the picture..I started out with a sketch, got all the proportions/details I wanted then resized, and worked over in a different layer using only pencil tool (sometimes the fill tool in larger areas, but no anti-aliasing at all, that ruins the crisp pixel look). I think it's best to work on a larger scale first just to get the correct shapes and flow, working from scratch with the pencil tool would probably destroy that feeling. Hope that makes sense or helps somehow
