Yes I agree he is very cute and funny. My last budgie also could not speak, they were males. But I think that they can learn to speak without distinction both sexes.

Yes, I think it is better to get a dog parrot, as he quickly realizes that the parrot has let it be. I for sure do not even have a dog or a cat, I have only my Bert.Even my friend wants to get a budgie when she saw my Bert. I must say that my observation Bert is better than TV:-D For example, when playing with a bell or a blanket so it is great fun:-D Or when bathing, nothing cuter I have never seen.

I like cats more than dogs, plus to all cats and dogs, both depends on charactr, even a dog caould eat a parrot, all depends on attitude of every animal.
I know it very well, they are cute. ^ ^ I loved watching how my budgies bathe in a glass. XD The male always liked that. On holkidays he like sto alk on the table full of delicious foods, also, because he was a member of the family.

I generally love all animals, but cats really like it, they are, like I said, a little wily :-D A-dog really is man's most faithful friend, and you're right, each animal would have to budgie act differently.
