See there is diffrence in both candles..
Colour
White..and black..
Black is something.. dark..and represent male..there..also its is in a state it can't move..
White.. is something smooth, pure..and very gentle.. and represent female here..and it is not attached to that table.. it can move..
Though it can move..white candle want to be wih black candle.. till it lasts....
Its also fact that candle are meet be burned..( indirectly its life.. one or there other day.. it will end..)
Black candle is worried..and in helpless state as it can't move..as white candle is also decided to burn with it..though it can easily move ( move on )
And white candle is more worried about sataying together with black candle..though its burning... and seems to be more relaxed than black.. as aiteast its satisfied to be with black candle..while its burning.. that..anyways am going to burn.. but let me be with you.. till we last...
and both candles are of the same lenghth ( at the same stage of life ).. and looks like they likely burn and stop together....
And fire.. represents the unforgiving life... Doing what it does best.. irrespective of any feelings.. of any body...

I don't know if there is another meaning, but to me it looks like a married couple. The male is extremely annoyed while the wife is very lustful. (That's not a classic married couple, but my point still stands.)
