Sure thing, just let me know what you'd like for her to end up like, and I'll do my best with her!
I'm so glad that you don't mind me playing in your backyard. I'd really like to finish repairs on my version of Nami - I find that I really like her "beta" coloring scheme, and all she really needs is for her sleeve panels to be rigged properly to follow the sleeves correctly after I reset the sleeve bone to follow the wrist bone instead of the elbow bone, which prevents collisions with wrists and hands (like I did with my ConMiku V2). Most people just use sleeve bones for posing, but if they're rigged right they perform outstandingly when used in actual dance motions.
The sleeves I attached to CUL aren't rigged that way - there are no sleeve bones in them - they were primarily an incomplete basic test set lacking the upper unfastened straps and jewels details that I made just to see if I could "dress" a model in Convergence Gear without actually editing her. If you watch her Lupin video you can see a couple of teeny glitches here and there where her "real" arms showed through, but all in all I was very pleased with the results and plan to experiment further. ^_^
*Edit - the trick is to resize just the elbow vertices on the sleeves (8 rows, I think? I can't remember offhand...), increasing their XYZ size dimensions by a factor of 0.05 - this makes them just barely large enough to clear the arm skin without distorting the 'lines' of the sleeves themselves (Popeye arms are YUCKY!). Normally, those same 8[ish] rows are simply deleted from the arm skin instead.
However, I have zero plans on actually using the Convergence Set as an accessory. Too much confusion can arise if someone mistakenly thinks that I actually edited their model when I really didn't at all and only tacked parts on using the OP Function. See: Convergence CUL Append [sic]. If you didn't know me, you'd probably be asking for a copy of her to verify for yourself to be sure that I didn't actually edit her [aside from translating her of course, and I do that with every model I DL because (a) I don't consider that as a "proper" edit and (b) I can't work with the model at all if I don't translate it first].
And that's the hidden secret and unsung beauty of MMD's highly underrated and underused OP function: if you know how to use it properly you can make a model look like whatever you like in MMD itself without actually editing it! Want different hair? No worries! New shoes or hat? Easy peasy! Just hide the old parts using MME, OP the parts you want onto the model, and PRESTO! Instant edit without using PMD[X]e!
Think about it - completely legal 'edits' on models whose rules specify no editing. The ultimate workaround!
Anyways, now that I know it's ok I might just complete CUL's Convergence edit (and yes, her arm skin will have to be removed to better accommodate the sleeves this time around if I'm going to do it right). Happily, she and my Future Rin Append also share a lot of similarly patterned parts, and with some serious remapping I can probably adapt them to turn her into a top-notch Convergence version whilst still using her very own textures. [think striped Append Gear skirting with a candycane-swirl on her USB tail - too kawaii!!! ]

I noticed the sleeve panel thingy too! I'm gonna re-rig those again tonight when I get home. And I think I'm gonna change her headset too cuz I have a more accurate one that matches her box art. And use a different hood //nodnod
(tho please don't edit the newer mikis because they are my precious babies that I have worked so hard on ;w; you can feel free with the old star baby and v4 versions tho)

I honestly don't think I'd mess with any of the Mikis. She's a totally unique model concept all on her own, and pretty much perfect just like she is. She's the kind of model that inspires creating others of her series, not editing her. ^_^
For example, can you say Star Baby Miku? Howsabout a whole Star Baby Series of models like the Convergence Series? Now that I think about it, that might actually be a pretty cool project. (Don't put it past me, you of all people know just how intricately weird my FrankenEdits can get... )
I would however like to make a couple more Convergence Models, starting with fresh Append bases that will also be released, beginning with CUL. I also think I can make her look really nice as a full on Convergence version using her personal coloring scheme. She needs very little overall work aside from maybe tweaking her hair physics to make it a wee bit more 'flowy' and also so her spikes follow the rigging a little better, but that's it.
Another edit I really want to do is a Lily Append. There are literally no editable/releasable Lily Appends out there at all, and I have every intention of correcting that once I can find the right parts for her or even possibly collab with someone who can create them, with me doing the final assembly and tuning.

That actually might not be a bad idea. I've been playing around with the Defoko I've got and I just started remembering all the little issues she's got (remove her headphones and a small chunk of her hair is missing underneath on one side?? And her skirt's as stiff as cardboard -- one bone per side -- plus posing it even a little bit screws up her waist)
