Ah, Fort is smiling! The world must surely end soon o-o

Hehe, Fort is usually a very quiet, non-responsive being at the best of times, even when he does grow to be a friend and protector to Alice, a small girl who, after being abandoned accidentally found her way to his home.

She loves trying to climb up his tail and back, he can't really feel her though his scales so he lets her most of the time.

Safe to say he never managed to scare her off after she repetitively came back to visit him whenever her foster family were away..eventually he just gave up since his threats of crushing or eating the girl never fazed her the slightest.

And he never really wanted to hurt her anyway and he hates the idea of eating sentient beings to kill, although if pressed he might do it to scare instead.

The large Naga would never admit it but he loves the attention the young girl gives him and how kind and trusting she is, he never had a chance to know how it feels to be trusted before, having to be constantly on guard when he used to lead his army before he turned rogue.

He is still depressed most of the time, he can never forget the many deaths that he caused nor will the guilt never truly fade, sometimes when his little human friend is around he can forget it all for a short while.

He enjoys it while he can as past experience has taught the Naga that sometime bad is always around the corner and you can never be sure when bad luck will strike next.

Anyway that's it for now, I've got a short story in the works for these two that I hope to post soon, till then you might not see much of me, what with study and work and everything...ugh.

Quick fact before I go in some pictures of this guy before this he has what looks like sharp spines on his shoulders and down his back, those are scales that he can retract or angle down against his body, thankfully he's currently doing just that, those things are sharp! And don't worry he won't drop her, he might be a bit mean most of the time but if he's anything he's rather kind in a lot of regards, one being that he won't disturb sleeping people.

Anyway as always comments are welcomed and I'll try to post a few things up in a few days.
