Okay, this is basically only for explanation purposes. Some may be confused about the whole Gorillaz Lupines (G-Pines) thing that me and Leah have going on.

Lupines are a line of Wolf based adoptables held on the PonyIsland.net website. The line is run by the users Glorfindel and Diction. The image here is an un-animated still shot of sorts of all 4 of them lined up. They all blink and wag their tails, as all Lupines do at the bare minimum. In addition, Murdoc glares and snarls, 2D blinks and squints in a confused manner, and Russel glares while Del flickers in and out of view above him.

For those not in the know about adoptables, it's basically a template, that gets colored millions of different ways, put onto a certificate style background with the critter's name and owner, and passed out via contests or sometimes even bought outright to users of whatever website they're being run on.

I'm what's commonly called a "colorist" for the Lupines. I do a lot of the design work for individual Lupines to be used as contest prizes, for custom orders, and so forth. Cosplay adoptables are common, especially among Lupines. So this set here, is a cosplay set of the Gorillaz virtual band characters that I actually designed. The default template was drawn, shaded, and templated by the main artist and owner, Diction. But all the clothes, hair, and items were designed and added by me.

Commonly, individual adoptables become people's cherished Role Play (RP) characters. Leah and I RP these guys constantly. This is exactly why you will find so much artwork and stories and so forth of these 4 as canines, because in the Lupine world they ARE canines that we've "adopted" so to speak into our home.
