Description
As part of my 'experimental drawings', inspired by =katarina-san I made a painting with coffee (hence why this title)!
I have been into experimenting new mediums for a while now, and I couldn't resist but doing (or trying to do) a painting with such unusual material as I am working a lot with watercolors these days
so I did. It's not very good but one can try right
besides, it was delicious to work with coffee. I love its scent. So my drawing ended both interesting and with a good smell:'D /shotAnd I was also desperately needing an excuse to work with side-views and my new Canson papers, so yay

Tools: HB pencil, coffee, Faber-Castell watercolor, charcoal, color retouches and adjustments on PS CS2 and Sai on Canson 140g/m²~

Wow, coffee! At first I thought it was paint, but looking closer it does seem to have a slightly different texture to watercolour. It suits the picture really well

In civics a while ago, we had to make a personal declaration of independence, and for extra credit we could use something to make it look outdated.
So i used coffee, and he said it smelled good while he was grading the 130+ papers from all his classes (put together)
I ended up with a 96 XD

I can see the effect of the coffee there... I think it's fantastic how you've sort of deviated from your traditional style and gone with something more... grounded, in a way?
It's pretty awesome how the hair is so fluid, and I like how you've added a bit more depth and interest in the background to lighten things up a bit. I think the proportions and features are drawn so well too!
