...well...as if you guy's aren't sick enough of seeing this same picture lol...x____o;; but I wanted to try out the tablet right away... soooo,,, I just started working with something I had already drawn. >.>

I give the hair a smooth look by using the smudge tool in PS~ first I put streaks in the hair of all the different shades of colour I want it to have (if black is included, I put it on a seperate layer, then merge the black hair layer to the coloured hair layer later when I'm ready to us the smudge tool) then once the layers are merged, I smudge through the lines until it looks just right~ then I add a little shine with the dodge tool.
The smudge tool is amazing~ it does wonders on hair ;3

Ahh I know~~! Vegeta actually looks better in blue than he looks in black o.o (I was playing around with the different costumes on budokai tenkaichi) do you know how rare it is that someone actually looks better in another colour besides black!? o.o;; he's one hell of a rarity
