Uh...well, my friends kept on bugging me to draw this...constantly. So it finally happened. This is from an idea mentioned quite some time ago by many. I think it's outrageous. Though, I can't help but draw silly skins every now and then.Singed, from League of Legends.

To explain. A skin is basically a costume for a character in games. Singed is one of the playable characters in the game. This is a fan made skin. Does that summarise it well?

Once there was a little girl called Clarissa, she was ten-years-old and she lived in a mental
